All the parts are still interdependent. One can not proper without the other. I saw this practically when I went to Afghanistan to work for the U.S army onbehalf of the KBR. If the south has the transportation, the north needs us to move equipments and personnel. And if the north have to face the south at war, despite all the war machinery they have, we will go toe to toe with them. We have the navey in the south to procure war equipment from other countries via the ocean, and this is a huge advantage to the south if war occured between us.
